Rustic does not mean neglected. On our visit a chair broke. I tell you that the place looks very good, however, that is affected by the poor service and carelessness in the furniture. The day we went there was live music and at the same time an employee played a loudspeaker, it seemed that the idea was not to listen to one thing or the other. On the other hand, the waiter who doesn't let you order as you like, arguing that "he prefers" something else, to which one ends up saying "ask me for whatever you want." Expensive and bad experiences.

In my opinion it was very good: The food, I loved what we ordered: the sword, octopus, shrimp and hamburger, I give the food a 10. The service was attentive and very friendly, they make you feel comfortable and confident. The place is very nice and pleasant as well as clean. The costs are according to what they offer, in general very satisfied, although there are points that can be improved, but still, in my opinion, it does not have a low rating. They do not have parking. There are no baby changing tables in the bathrooms. I think they forgot a dish, or they took a little longer (only with that dish). Overall and personally highly recommended, an excellent experience.

I ordered this dish and honestly the meat was disgusting !! It looked like I had the meat a year of refrigeration, the meat absolutely disgusting. The net that I ordered the meat to go just to give it to my dog. I told the waiter how unhappy I was with the meat and he said that they recently hired 2 new cooks and would tell them. But seriously a total disappointment! I would never go back to that place. Very nice and all but that dish a disgusting meat! The only salvageable thing was the shrimp. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE !!!

Good service, original packaging for the mezcal shot and the sword that contains octopus shrimp meat. Super recommended their tents that they have give a lot of privacy and freshness

A nice and quiet place within Morelia. Being the only ones in the restaurant it took a while for the food to be delivered but it was worth the wait.

A restaurant with very good facilities, as its name indicates it is rustic, the food is excellent, as is the attention, the prices according to what they offer, clean bathrooms, it does not have parking, it has a garden area and a good view from where you you feel. Widely recommended.

Here there were very good things and others that were not. The jerked red snapper is very good, I would only suggest putting more marinade on it because the flavor is not noticeable, but it is still very enjoyable. The salmon poke is also very good, and the portion is very reasonable for the price. What we had left to do was the Louisiana-style Crawfish, since you hardly feel the flavor of the seasoning, it feels as if they had only been boiled and that's it... The grilled vegetables are delicious, the sweet potato puree is also very good. Special mention of Franco's excellent service, which almost completely erases the bad experience we had when returning some orangeades, which we had ordered minerals, the "manager" went to the table to question us if "we had tried mineral drinks before" ... And when he answered yes, that's why we returned it because they were natural, he insisted on explaining why our claim was not valid, and he even told my brother "since you know how to prepare drinks, I invite you to come to make them yourself..." Well, that's obvious, we said nel, we come to be served, and if we don't like something, they change it for us... And after one more minute of disastrous attitude, he left and they changed them, now yes as they should be... The waiter brought us a courtesy cake, which actually alleviated the annoyance generated a bit... Please, do not let that pseudo manager deal with customers, when it is evident that he does not have the feeling for it. Fair prices, good taste, good place. We will surely come back!

The place is very nice, in terms of food, we ordered palm heart ceviche and the sword, both very tasty. The pot pie and coffee were delicious. The waiters service was very good, I just think they should write down the order, because a dish took a long time, I think they had forgotten... The toilets were clean, but they need a changing table, since it is uncomfortable to change babies in the armchair with diners next to them. In general I liked it a lot, if I would return
