★ ★ ★ ★ ★ te mencionan que si no haces el servicio con ellos te cobran un diagnóstico en el cual estoy de acuerdo, en lo que estoy en desacuerdo de que no tengan la herramienta calificada para realizarte la reparación y salgan que NO PUEDEN DARTE EL SERVICIO por falta de herramienta y que aun así te cobren un diagnostico. Ya no es culpa de uno el que no tenga herramienta, se supone que para eso va uno por ser un local establecido y con apariencia de que te realicen un trabajo profesional.
deben mejorar eso, y si no pueden realizar el trabajo No cobren, ya que uno va a otro taller hacer lo que no pudieron y te vuelven a cobrar.

They mention that if you do not do the service with them they charge you for a diagnosis in which I agree, in which I disagree that they do not have the qualified tool to carry out the repair and they say that THEY CANNOT GIVE YOU THE SERVICE due to lack of a tool and still charge you for a diagnosis. It is no longer your fault that you do not have a tool, it is assumed that you are going for that because it is an established place and with the appearance that they do a professional job for you.
They must improve that, and if they cannot do the work, do not charge, since one goes to another workshop to do what they could not and they charge you again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servico es un poco lento, además me cobraron un "paquete" el cual no mencionaron lo que incluía, pero según era más barato que hace el servicio que solicité, no había pago con tarjeta y por montar 4 llantas y balancear las fueron $700 se me hizo un poco caro el servicio

Pero últimamente tienen una atención al cliente pésima.
Decidí retirarme por qué nadie se acercó para recibir el carro, dar información de en qué tiempo le harían el servicio y que tiempo tardarían aprox.
Espero mejoren su servicio.
