★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful place. The floor was so dirty it turned our feet black walking around. The room windows only face to other inside areas so there was no ventilation. It was really damp, moldy and there was even a dirty lime slice in the room when we arrived. The staff who worked there were ok but the owner has anger problems and screamed at us and kicked us out early with no warning because we made a complaint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for a weekend with my sister and a friend and it was great! We stayed in room 9 and it was super central in Tulum, the bike rentals with Ruta Del Sol were ideal ($150 pesos/24 hours) to get every morning to get everywhere. Coming back to the room with AC after a long day in the sun was so worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were nice enough, but the room we were put in had black mold. We did not get a refund, but this was not the fault of the hotel but rather the travel agency. No air conditioning and bad smell/humidity but the staff were kind. Fine for budget conscious travelers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super cheap hostel, super nice staff and it's clean! Best price and good located. Right across the street there is a really good Mexican place which is also super cheap. So trying to safe money in Tulum stay here.
You can also rent bikes right at the reception and it only costs 6$ a day

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very noisy at night times and top floor rooms only come with fans. Very hot at night. WiFi is bad too. I think for these prices you can find better. Very close to ADO. Cheap..... But at a price apparently.

The facilities are pretty much run down, the rates are sky high for what it’s really worth (super small rooms, I could hear everything that was going on in the hallway, kids running up and down and playing, the front desk girl Daniela couldn’t handle the madness in the lobby caused by 5 kids playing. Her excuse for not really taking any action was that the hotel is family-friendly and quien time was after 10pm even though the noise from 6 till 9pm was unbearable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was ok for the money we have paid, but next to it it is really really simple. The room is very small, it is not comfortable for 4 person, only if you are really out of budget. It is in the main road, so from the opposite side the party can be clearly heard through the window facing on the street, and the lights comes in from the internal part of the building also from the other window, so it was not really a relaxing sleeping.
The staff was helpful and kind.
