★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio fue muy bueno, la joven que nos atendió fue muy amable y comprensible de nacionalidad francesa por cierto, la habitación me gustó por que era muy amplia , la ubicación me convino por la cercanía a algunos lugares de actraccion turística, no es muy lujoso pero tampoco está tan mal.
 The service was very good, the young woman who attended us was very friendly and understandable of French nationality by the way, the room I liked because it was very spacious, the location was convenient for the proximity to some places of tourist attraction, it is not very luxurious but it's not that bad either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención en recepción, instalaciones limpias, agradable estancia, el personal es muy atento, sugieren lugares a visitar, por lo céntrico, es elegido por viajeros internacionales . Se encuentra a unos pasos de la Terminal ADO y de una base de camionetas Van, las cuales tienen sus rutas a lugares turísticos cercanos.
Excellent attention at reception, clean facilities, pleasant stay, the staff is very attentive, suggest places to visit, so central, is chosen by international travelers. It is located a few steps from the ADO Terminal and a Van van base, which have their routes to nearby tourist places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal de recepción es muy amable y servicial. Te ayudan sobre dudas que tengas en cómo moverte por la ciudad y demás. Son muy amigables. La ubicación también es muy buena, está en una avenida principal y muy cerca de la central ADO. Las habitaciones son lindas y cómodas. El único detalle para mí fue la acústica. Todo lo que pasaba fuera se escuchaba en la habitación y era difícil tener una noche tranquila. Pero fuera de eso, todo fue perfecto.
The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. They help you about doubts you have on how to move around the city and so on. They are very friendly. The location is also very good, it is on a main avenue and very close to the central ADO. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The only detail for me was the acoustics. Everything that happened outside was heard in the room and it was difficult to have a quiet night. But outside of that, everything was perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never experienced worse customer service than I have here. I came in with a reservation I made online and the guy was confused and wouldn’t tell us what was going on and if there was a room available for about 30-40 min and was ignoring my question when I asked him if he would have a room for us that night. He then took off to make phone calls. An hr later when we got the room the room smelt like the sewer and our balcony was shared with an old lady that was in a hurrry to close her blinds. And the bar across the street played loud music until 4-5 am. Couldn’t sleep maybe got 3 hrs of sleep. Would never recommend to a friend. I can’t find one good thing about staying here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were really friendly. They helped us with every question and the room was cleaned every day. After 4 days they gave us an upgrade and we got a bigger room. It was the low season. We don't needed to pay more for a bigger room. Reception 24 hours, so you have always somebody who help you by questions. Also the area is good and not dangerous :) all that for a low price. Perfect!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoyed the interaction with staff, smiling and kind people, all three who were at the reception when I was there.
The room was simple, and most important, clean.
I struggled with my sleep though, because of two reasons:
There was a lot of noice from outside, as the tiny window was facing the busy street. But there was no glass window, just a mesh, which made it worse.
Also there was some water noise running constantly from the pipes, like the toilet upstairs was being flushed constantly.
Should it not be for this I would give the maximum rate, cause it's great value for money, and within their reach to fix for the future the things I mentioned.
