Ruth's Chris Steak House - 77500 Cancún

Excellent service!! We enjoyed our dine in time with our accompanies. The food was excellent. Will definitely recommend and if possible to come back to cancun will come back.

Nothing to criticize here - the restaurant was immaculate, the servers were as professional and courteous as anyone I have ever encountered and the food - oh my. I honestLy cut my steak with a butter knife - never have I had steak that tender before! My meal was absolutely delicious and perfectly portioned. Highly recommend - especially for a special occasion ?

This is the place to go when you’re feeling enough with Mexican foods :) Service is excellent. The location is also perfect which is very close to Playa Marlin. I have no doubt for the quality of its steaks ?

The ribeye steak was ok...have had better seasoned steak at a lower quality restaurant. The chicken was very juicy and tasty! The sides were very tasty. The customer service was so slow and rarely ever saw our waiter. And we were celebrating a friends birthday and he forgot and we waited so long the restaurant was getting ready to close. Just a disappointed visit for such a pricey restaurant!

We went here around 4 o clock. It was pretty empty. The service was great and the food came out rapidly. We also got some drinks (pina coladas) which were amazing. Started the dinner off with an appetizer (shrimp cocktail which I don’t think it was worth the price for 5 shrimp, but they were tasty). For dinner I got a steak medium well with two sides. Lobster Mac and sweet potato casserole both really tasty. The lobster had a lot of queso in it so if you’re not a fan I would not recommend.

We had a lovely dinner here on New Year’s Eve and were very appreciative to be able to order from the regular menu rather then a heavily marked up price fixed situation. As always with Ruth Chris chain, the food was delicious and dependable. Steak was cooked to perfection. Wedge salad split for two appeared like two full salads. Mashed potatoes and lobster mac and cheese were great, especially left over the next day. Although all the tables are inside, which may give pause during covid, all the wait staff wore masks, the tables were all spaced far apart, and protocols like sanitizing customer hands upon entry were followed, and alas we rather enjoyed the air conditioning. It was a bit odd that some customers were wearing cut off jean shorts, flip flops and bra tops for a fine dining experience, which we do not agree with or let our children dress like that, but it did not spoil our night. After a week of going to overpriced disco palaces masquerading as fine dining, we really enjoyed our mellow experience with delicious food and excellent service.

Made reservations for my anniversary. This was hands down the best restaurant I've ever been too. The food was delicious. The customer service was outstanding. The restaurant was immaculate. The setting was dim and quiet. It was everything I was looking for in an anniversary dinner. It was not very busy when we went so that could have been a factor but I'd go back in a heartbeat.

Amazing food, and amazing service! We’ve just completed our second trip of the week to a Ruth Chris Cancun, and it was just as good as our first meal there a few days ago! Both times the steak and sides have been very good, but the evening was made even better by our fantastic waiter Geuri Novell! Both times he’s served us, and both times we’ve been so impressed by him! Very well spoken, polite and attentive, a true credit to the company!
