A mí carro le robaron la gasolina los birlos de seguridad, bañado en brisa, soldaron y me quemaron las vestiduras, manchado de pintura las piezas de plástico, pintura y trabajo de hojalateria muy mal trabajado

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad dejo mucho que desear los empleados mal educados, groseros siempre de mala manera te responden si les haces una pregunta sobre tu coche, no te informan sobre cómo va el proceso de tu compostura, y aparte creen que uno es tonto dicen una cosa y después otra se contradicen, y para una pequeña compostura más de 15 días en entregarme el carro, las señoritas mal educadas y el que va a revisar el carro para ver qué detalles tiene ni saluda, ojalá la administración haga algo no lo recomiendo para nada y son incumplidos en la entrega y ni te avisan como quedan de marcarte , les maracas y no te responden un taller nada recomendable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, llevo más de 4 meses y no pueden conseguir las piezas para reparar mi auto. NO LO RECOMIENDO POR NADA. No permitan que la aseguradora traiga su auto a este taller y mucho menos lo traigan por voluntad
Terrible service, it's been more than 4 months and they can't get the parts to repair my car. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT FOR ANYTHING. Do not allow the insurer to bring your car to this workshop, much less bring it willingly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no lo recomiendo en absoluto no tienen control de lo que entra a su taller no te dan informes y contentas super mal super tardado su servicios y ni contestan el teléfono cuando te tratas de comunicar PESIMO si puedes busca otra opción y a los de la aseguradora el Águila deben de seleccionar mejor sus talleres no es posible que si pagas tú seguro para que te brinden apoyo salga contraproducente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hola, no pierdan el tiempo. Si su aseguradora los manda con ellos, no acepten. Si no les hablas tu, ellos para nada dan seguimiento. Incluso confunden tu unidad a pesar de que les indicas placas y características. Si tuviste una mala experiencia, compártela así se obligan a mejorar su servicio.
Hi, don't waste your time. If your insurer sends you with them, do not accept. If you don't talk to them, they don't follow up at all. They even confuse your unit even though you point out plates and features. If you had a bad experience, share it so they are forced to improve their service.
