Terrible service, they do not meet the estimated time. I hired the service since my refrigerator stopped cooling, the first day they told me they would attend they did not go and I had to be asking retro to know the follow-up of my case. They took the part that failed to which the technician told me that in three days he had the part for me, a week passed and they didn't get it. It takes about 3 more days and as I repair the part but it did not work, I spend another week and got the "new" part but it did not work either. They only give you long and the pieces I think, they are not new, in the end the technician wanted to choose to change the refrigerator to mechanical mode, I refused and he told me that he could not reimburse the advance what I gave which was a thousand pesos, he defended himself saying that he invested time and others, which does not matter since that is his job but hey.
