★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contrate un servicio para mi hija que para las 3 de la madrugada y la dejaron plantada frente al hotel, nunca le avisaron ..despues de muchas llamadas de mi hija a RVM la atendieron y le dijeron que el chofer estaba desaparecido (DURMIENDO ESTABA!!!!!) y nunca le mandaron un taxi u otro vehiculo...jamas me devolvieron el dinero...UN DESASTRE ESTA AGENCIA...NO LA USEN SI QUIEREN PASAR BUENAS VACACIONES..
I hired a service for my daughter that by 3 in the morning and they left her planted in front of the hotel, they never warned her ... after many calls from my daughter to RVM they attended her and told her that the driver was missing (SLEEPING !! !!!) and they never sent him a taxi or other vehicle ... they never returned my money ... A DISASTER THIS AGENCY ... DO NOT USE IT IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A GOOD HOLIDAY ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malisimo. Me incumplieron compre un tour a chichen itza y me dejaron plantado en la.recepcion del hotel.no contestan el telefono ni los correos. Pesimo no lo utlicen. Son unos.irresponsables
Lousy. They failed me to buy a tour to Chichen Itza and left me planted in the hotel reception. They don't answer the phone or the mails. Pity don't use it. They are responsible.

Ellos mandan la gente charlotanes , engañan gente , cóbran luego cancelan los servicios y dicen que es culpa de gente . Yo estaba en Hayatt zilara cancun día 8 -13 del marzo 2017 y RVM ME OBLIGABAN Comprar tours con ellos sino dicen que ME PUEDAN MATAR . Una representante se llama Maricela desde principio me molestaba todo me instancia en hotel y prohibía que yo compro tours con agencias de hotel . 'Luego cuando yo pague ellos no vengan por mí y decían que es mi culpa que yo no estaba aunque toda la gente de hotel me veían y aparte yo tengo fotos en lobby exacto esta hora que ellos dicen que venagn por mi . He escuchado muchos malos compensarlos sobre este RVM . Ellos engañan la gente y no den servisios . Ahora yo empiezo procedimiento crimal contra esta agencia y nos me aseguraron que nos vamos a ganar . Es una agencia charlotanes . Piensan por favor antes . Aparte ellos mandan mensajes 1am y dicen que es normal porque antes ellos estaban en reuñon . Es baja nivel agencia y ellos solo cobran no den servicios . Aparte asustan si no con ellos puedan matar . Estoy súper disulisionada y ojalá pronto ellos pagan por tOdo . Y esto no es primera vez que he escuchado esto con esta agencia . Muchos problemas . Una agencia charlotanes .
Good afternoon . I am a client of this company and this is very very bad. They send the people charlotanes, they cheat people, they recover then they cancel the services and say that it is the fault of people. I was in Hayatt Zilara Cancun on March 8-13, 2017 and RVM MUST MAKE ME BUY tours with them but they say they CAN KILL ME. A representative named Maricela from the beginning bothered me everything in the hotel and prohibited me from buying tours with hotel agencies. 'Then when I pay they don't come for me and they say it's my fault that I wasn't there even though all the hotel people saw me and apart I have photos in the exact lobby this time that they say they come for me. I have heard many bad compensate for this RVM. They cheat people and don't give services. Now I begin criminal proceedings against this agency and they assured me that we will win. It is an agency charlotanes. Please think before. Besides they send messages 1am and say that it is normal because before they were in a row. It is low level agency and they only charge do not give services. Apart scary if not with them can kill. I am super disulisionada and hopefully soon they pay for everything. And this is not the first time I have heard this with this agency. Many problems . A charlotanes agency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estuve este fin de semana y conteste sus servicios los cuales me parecieron muy buenos PERO NO CUMPLEN LO QUE PROMETEN porque había se comprometieron a darme un tour gratis a playa de Carmen y nunca contestaron el asesor Vicky Sacramento nunca contestó teléfono y por las que la buscamos nunca contestó y así pues no cumplieron aún y cuando sus promociones ellos mismos te las ofrecen desde el aeropuerto. Solo por eso los calificó como malo.....
I was this weekend and I answered their services which I thought were very good BUT DON'T FULFILL WHAT THEY PROMISE because they had promised to give me a free tour to Carmen beach and they never answered the advisor Vicky Sacramento never answered the phone and for which we looked for her He never answered and so they did not comply yet and when their promotions themselves offer them from the airport. Just for that reason he described them as bad .....
