★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui personalmente por un balero, más de una hora esperando el alta de datos fiscales y no pude ni ver el balero físicamente. Mientras esperaba hablé a otro distribuidor, me contestó de inmediato llegué a su mostrador y me entrego el balero en menos de 5min. Mal servicio al cliente........ Durante mi espera llegó otro cliente y me hizo el comentario aquí hay que esperar una hora u hora y media mínimo para que te entreguen.
I personally went for a bearing, more than an hour waiting for the discharge of fiscal data and I could not even see the bearing physically. While I was waiting, I spoke to another distributor, he answered me immediately, I arrived at his counter and he delivered the bearing to me in less than 5min. Bad customer service ........ During my wait another customer came and made the comment here you have to wait an hour or an hour and a half minimum for you to be delivered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un servicio al cliente que deja demasiado que desear, 3 horas esperando un material que no se entrego por falta de seguimiento interno en el tema de las transferencias, no dan seguimiento a nada, esperan que uno como cliente les haga todo, como si te hicieran un favor al adquirir algo con ellos.
A customer service that leaves too much to be desired, 3 hours waiting for a material that was not delivered due to lack of internal follow-up on the matter of transfers, they do not follow up on anything, they expect that one as a client will do everything for them, as if they did you a favor when you buy something with them.
