I was going to give them 0 stars, but you can't ... they didn't answer me either, they were going to transfer me to sales and they left me on hold until the call was cut off ... and they never answered me on WhatsApp ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio en tienda y ni se diga por telefono, si quieren cotizar lo hacen si no solo dicen que no hay para que no tengan que buscar o investigar opciones.
Terrible service in store and not even by phone, if they want to quote they do it if they not only say that there is not so they do not have to look for or investigate options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESIMO SERVICIO!! LOS PEORES... tardan muchísimo tiempo para enviar la factura por correo, llamas por teléfono una persona te pasa con otra, esa otra con otra mas y asi se la pasan, llevo días esperando mis archivos PDF/xml
TERRIBLE SERVICE!! THE WORST ... take a long time to send the invoice by mail, you call one person by phone with another, that other with another and that's how they spend it, I've been waiting days for my PDF / xml files

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He intentado cotizar UNA cosa por más de una semana y nunca me dieron respuesta. Llamé a ventas muchísimas veces y nada. Tienen pésimo servicio de atención. ( Te cuelgan)
Por favor si están pesando cotizar o hacer una compra en línea NO LO HAGAN, van a perder su tiempo. Hay muchas otras distribuidoras que ofrecen lo mismo.

I have tried to quote ONE thing for more than a week and they never gave me an answer. I called sales so many times and nothing. They have terrible customer service. (They hang you)
Please if you are weighing a quote or making an online purchase DO NOT DO IT, you will waste your time. There are many other distributors that offer the same.
I have never been treated so badly Haha
