★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really fun way to get around Tulum! Much faster and a lot less effort than bikes. We also found the 24hr rentals were better than having to return the bikes before closing at the end of the day. You are provided with the chargers so you can charge them up overnight at your hotel.
We did have a slight issue with one of the locks not unlocking even with the correct code. But this was handled efficiently. Within 20 mins of contacting Ryde we were back on our way with a new lock being delivered to us.
One suggestion would be to add bike lights to the scooters so it’s possible to use them at night safely.
Would definitely recommend when in Tulum! We enjoyed it so much we extended for another 24hrs.
