★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rise refacciones e preguntado por refacciones por telefono y no encuentras muchas de ellas .me paso preguntando por un actuador chifter de una whirpool y q no lo tenian fui a leon lo compre y al regresar por otra pieza q no tuvieron volvi a preguntar por el actuador chifter y q si lo tenian el cual por telefono m lo negaron .muy mal servicio y no es la primera q me pasa pudiera contar algunas otras .
 Rise spare parts and asked for spare parts over the phone and you don't find many of them. I happen to ask about a chirter actuator of a whirpool and that they didn't have it I went to Leon I bought it and when I returned for another piece that they didn't have, I asked again about the chifter actuator and if they had it which by phone m denied it. Very bad service and it is not the first one that happens to me I could tell some others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepcionante que no quieran respetar una garantía al comprar un producto en un negocio "de prestigio" argumentando la mala instalación de un calentador, aún y cuando ellos no proporcionan el servicio de instalación como en la mayoría de lugares que venden este tipo de calentadores. Es increíble como después de meses de estar "revisando" y gestionando el trámite para hacer válida la garantía, vengan a decirme que por "políticas" de su empresa no es válida la garantía. No me daré por vencido, y evidenciaré en redes sociales que las supuestas garantías extendidas que ofrecen así como los productos no son viables comprarlos en ese lugar.
Disappointing that they do not want to respect a guarantee when buying a product in a "prestigious" business, arguing the bad installation of a heater, even though they do not provide the installation service as in most places that sell this type of heater. It is incredible how after months of "reviewing" and managing the process to make the guarantee valid, come and tell me that because of your company's "policies" the guarantee is not valid. I will not give up, and I will show on social networks that the supposed extended warranties they offer as well as the products are not feasible to buy in that place.
