A	Abel Alonso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The whole way is field with trash, and the road is a bumpy dirt road. The beach is as nasty as tulum's, filled with seagasum. The drive is not worth the place you'll be disappointed. The lakes are not that pretty as in the pictures I saw on Google, And I would not go in into the lake there was an alligators resting on the shore.
R	Rasta Cre on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went on a boat tour to do dolphins and turtle spotting, then quick stop at a bird colony, snorkeling around the reef and a dip in a little secluded beach. Truly amazing and enjoyable experience. The local guides are very friendly and knowledgeable, and work together as a huge team, so that if one boat spots sea life, all of the others are notified and everyone gets a chance to see something.

It's definitely a nice place to visit, but the main attraction is the drive there. Go slow and enjoy nature (just block out the occasional speeding local on the road) The street has been improved significantly (September 2019) so that a trip with basically any car is no problem. About 75% of the drive from Tulum has no potholes whatsoever. The potholes along the other 25% can easily be maneuvered.

J	Jerry Moomaw on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a tough review. Ultimately they did what they said they would do. We left over an hour late from Punta Allen. We left a half hour late from Tulum. I got a price from one person, but another actually collected the money, charged significantly more, and explained it with "Oh that was my sister-in-law who said that". The return cost was more yet, stated by yet another member of the family. If you are not a resident who knows the ropes, they are the only game in town and they know it. And they take advantage of it. If you don't live in Punta Allen or Tulum, you are stuck with them. If you expect the unexpected going in, you won't be disappointed.
