Si de verdad te interesa crecer profesionalmente que no pase por tu cabeza el entrar a este "empresilla". PD. Lástima que no les puedo poner 0 estrellas. T	Tt Matutino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo malo con estos tipos es que creen que entre más horas de trabajo más produce el empleado, lo cual es un grandísimo error ya que toda empresa seria sabe que, entre más explotas a un empleado menos productivo será.Otra es, deben cambiar su pésima administración ya que, le hacen la vida muy complicada (por no decir imposible) al trabajador con sus procesos tan lentos y repetitivos, deben quitarse de encima esa mentalidad tan cerrada de que las cosas se hacen de una sola manera, otra de las cosas que no puedo dejar fuera es, que les falta una gran actualización en tecnologías y herramientas de desarrollo. Dejando de lado el ambiente laboral debo decir que los compañeros de trabajo (la mayoría) son buena gente y merecen un mejor trato, espero que este comentario ayude a mejorar su estadia en la empresa. Normalmente piden ahora que firmen un pagaré para que "no se vayan de la empresa" cuando realmente deberían enfocarse en el problema de las salidas de empleados que están teniendo (Quizás malos tratos). No están manejando valores como para firmar esa clase de documento. Aparte, el pagaré no tiene un concepto firme, pero si un cobro de al menos 6 meses de tu sueldo para engancharte a la empresa. Si eres desarrollador de Software, aprovechando, el lenguaje que usan es delphi, y para otra clase de cosas no usan tecnología de vanguardia. Be careful if you are applicants for a job.
