Sugerencia: independientemente de que se cubra el pescado con hielo quedan algunos expuestos a las moscas, como medida extra se debería poner un plástico transparente sobre éstos y estar cuidando que se este cubriendo constantemente ya sea por parte de la empresa así como por parte de los consumidores. En el Mercadito la pescadería que ahí se ubica tiene ese método.
