★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad no es comida original de Istmo, le falta mucha autenticidad. Sus bebidas son bastante desagradables yo probé la limonada, naranjada y el pozol y estaban muy desabridas, la salsa muy insípida,en la tlayuda la tortilla es deliciosa y el tasajo si tiene un sabor muy rico pero el sabor de la lechuga Italiana caliente en medio de la tortilla fué muy invasivo. Yo no había probado tlayuda con lechuga jamás. Me gustaron los tacos de cochinita pero sus salsas y acompañamientos no ayudan en nada y el servicio es bastante lento :'(
The truth is it is not original Istmo food, it lacks a lot of authenticity. Their drinks are quite unpleasant, I tried the lemonade, orangeade and the pozol and they were very bland, the sauce very insipid, in the tlayuda the tortilla is delicious and the jerky does have a very rich flavor but the taste of hot Italian lettuce in the middle of the tortilla was very invasive. I had never tried tlayuda with lettuce. I liked the cochinita tacos but their sauces and accompaniments do not help at all and the service is quite slow :'(
