★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una empresa de primer nivel pero con una organización de lo más pésima horrible en una palabra hablan de cero accidentes pero su patio donde reciben la materia prima es lo más parecido a un basurero de Tláhuac inseguro en su totalidad y insalubre y el personal argumentando que todas su gente asume su puesto de una forma autónoma....pued ya imaginaran hacen lo que quieren y no lo que deben siempre con el pretexto que así es su sistema

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para una entrevista de trabajo en PEPSICO te piden llevar careta, pero si no llevas ellos te prestan una, pero es mejor llevar la propia.
Cumplen con medidas para prevenir contagios de COVID.
Hay que tener en cuenta que los procesos de entrevista son MUY largos, ya que te hacen llenar un formato, te pasan a examen MÉDICO, etc.
Debes ir bien desayunado y preparado mentalmente para perder mucho de tu tiempo, ya que las veces que me han llamado, si pierdes mínimo dos horas, Rh no te ofrece agua o algo, en Gamesa por estar casi 4 horas esperando para entrevista, te dan unas galletas.
Recomendación:
Llevar equipo propio (careta), pluma negra, un cuaderno o algo para recargarse, no tener otras entrevistas ese día, llevarse un buen libro, ir bien Desayunado , Ropa y calzado bastante cómodos para caminar bastante.
