We bought our kitchen with them, at first they looked after us very well, all professional, from the design, the forms of payment, the timing, but ... for the installation it was really a nightmare, the staff never arrived at the time they said, They changed days to go to install, warning us half an hour before. Until the moment when we got very angry, we demanded and our patience broke with so many changes and unpunctuality they put us in the kitchen. Then one of the equipment failed us and we asked for the invoice to make the guarantee valid with MABE, we only asked for an invoice, they would do nothing more, and they treated us the worst, when I called the second time to know when I could receive them, the girl She said very haughtily, that they had already reviewed our project and that our guarantee was already expired (no one asked her, we only asked for the invoices !!!), I told her that a year had not passed from May to February and she said, oh well I made the wrong project, I will call you when I have the information. I replied that we needed the invoices because the equipment was out of order that if she could help me and she replied that they could not have everything in 5 minutes (I called a day before and the second call was to consult, not demand) that she would then let me know when they have news ... surely one with the equipment not working will wait sitting until they call you. Then I asked again and it was the same, it took 3 days for them to give me an answer and until the 4th they sent them to me. Understandable that not everything is in 5 minutes and it really did not matter that it was not the excellent and super professional treatment that they show at the beginning, I just expected a decent, normal, appropriate treatment and that they would send me the invoices by mail, that is so simple. I would not choose to buy something with them again and I hope they do not have the same experience as us, because the deal changes when you have already made all the payments. The girl Aida who attended us at the beginning was excellent in attention and treatment but she resigned, the girls who are now, terrible: Vanesa, Alejandra and another neurotic girl.

They make very nice kitchens, of very good quality and their work is impeccable! You have innovative, modern ideas, with original designs! They are an excellent company, responsible and dedicated!
