★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de ayer 24 de Enero de 16:30 a 19:00 nos quedamos sin el suministro del vital líquido, es decir de agua, sin embargo el medidor del agua, empezó a girar muy rápidamente y sin control durante 15 minutos, aunque no teníamos ninguna gota de agua.
Esto fue en la colonia Euzkadi, delegación Azcapotzalco.
El día de hoy visite las oficinas de SACMEX, ubicadas en Av. Camarones y Cuitlahuac, para levantar un reporte de esta falla y que el medidor gira rápidamente aun sin suministro del vital líquido, y me indicaron nque no puedo levantar ningún reporte y que posiblemente tenga una fuga, cuando todo esto ocurrió en toda la colonia.
También me indicaron que no hay mantenimiento ni revisiones hasta marzo de 2017 y me tengo que aguantar, y que si me llega el reviso con alto costo por esta falla, pues que vuelva a sus oficinas y tal vez me hagan un ajuste, sin asegurar nada.
Que pena y sr. Mancera, tanta propaganda barata que se hace, pero no son capaces de resolver algo tan simple y trivial, ah pero si se trata de cobrar ahí si tienen todo listo para quitar servicios y perjudicar a la gente.

Y como no si de los 5 módulos que tienen solo atienden en 1!!! En mi caso llevo casi 2:30 y aun no llega mi turno! Y desde que llegue obviamente los turnos no avanzaron mucho, pero eso si para cobrar sus sueldos están bien puestos, pero para trabajar sus horas? Que tal?
Me parece pésimo!
Si necesitan personal... Contraten. Que por tener mínimo 3 personas más no creo que se queden pobres. Que para eso no se les va ni una en cobrarnos a todos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardan mucho en atender, veo varias personas andar por ahí pero en los módulos casi no hay personal atendiendo a los que vamos a pagar o a alguna aclaración. y por si fuera poco al menos a mí me ha pasado mucho, tengo que regresar por qué no hay sistema. Es muy tedioso ir a pagar el agua ahí , no sé si en todos los sacmex sea igual.
