★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy triste llevo ya más de un año haciendo una aclaración vuelta y vuelta y ahora tengo que ir a seduvi a que me digan que mi calle tiene ese nombre. ¿ no es trabajo de ellos ver que la calle es la que es para así ubicar la cuenta Y la toma ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por lo general acudo a esta sucursal porque es la más cercana, sin embargo el servicio siempre ha sido malo. Te hacen dar vueltas si es que quieres hacer un trámite diferente al de pagar, el personal tiene mala actitud, pero no hay mucho que se pueda hacer al respecto porque así es la burocracia.
I usually go to this branch because it is the closest one, however the service has always been bad. They make you spin if you want to do a procedure other than paying, the staff has a bad attitude, but there is not much that can be done about it because that is the bureaucracy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente y rápida atención, antes de las 10 de la mañana estaba semi vacio, puedes pagar tu recibo de agua aunque esté vencido y muchos otros tramites, el trato fue muy amable, desde recepción te guian dependiendo de que vayas a hacer. La ubicación está bien marcada, y es muy fácil llegar desde metro velodromo.
