★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca contestan el teléfono para informes y cuando vas te llevas chasco uno con lo que piden para hacer el trámite y otra peor que ahí no te lo pueden resolver y te mandan a otra oficina en San Bernabé y esa ya que vas te dice que x ahora no pueden xq están haciendo cambios al sistema y ya llevan 4 semanas con eso
 They never answer the phone for reports and when you go you get a disappointment with what they ask to do the procedure and another worse than that they can not solve it for you and they send you to another office in San Bernabé and that as you go tells you that x now They can't because they are making changes to the system and they have been with that for 4 weeks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde el viernes 30 de julio de 2021 se les fue la luz y no pueden dar servicio. Te mandan al kiosko en el tercer piso y los chicos de arriba se encargan, pero hay que conseguir líneas de captura y hacer cola como hace 30 años. Ojalá y Claudia Sheimbaum ya les pague la luz.
Since Friday, July 30, 2021, the power went out and they cannot provide service. They send you to the kiosk on the third floor and the guys upstairs take care of it, but you have to get capture lines and queue like 30 years ago. Hopefully and Claudia Sheimbaum already pay for the electricity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, larga fila para pagos y la mayoría personas de la 3a edad que los tienen parados afuera del módulo. Pará hacer un trámite la espera es de dos horas porque solo hay dos señoras atendiendo y de muy mala manera hacen hasta lo imposible por rechazar el trámite, cinicas y burlonas en el trato a las personas. Esa gente que no le gusta su trabajo no debería estar ahí pero parece que ahora esa es la línea porque igual en la oficina de moramontes y en la del centro, nefastos!!
Terrible service, long line for payments and most seniors who have them standing outside the module. To do a procedure, the wait is two hours because there are only two ladies attending and in a very bad way they do everything possible to reject the procedure, cynical and mocking in the treatment of people. Those people who do not like their work should not be there but it seems that now that is the line because the same in the office of moramontes and in the center, nefarious!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una estrella por la ubicación, con estacionamiento y bien ubicado ; pésimo servicio! Cerrado por falta de luz, no puede ser que una dependencia del gobierno esté cerrada por éste motivo!!! Pero te informan con una imágen a que alcaldía puedes acudir a solucionar tu problema. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qué vergüenza !!!! Es el peor servicio y trato que he recibido en años.
Hice horas para llegar por el tráfico, luego para localizar el local en Plaza Inn. Llego un poco antes de las 2 pm y me cierran la puerta en la cara.
Ojo: El horario es hasta las 4:30 (así lo dice en la puerta de entrada).
El policía : No, hoy cerramos a las 2 , aquí pegamos un papel que dice eso.
Yo: Entonces déjeme entrar !!! Son las 2 en punto !!!
Policía: No, mi reloj dice 2 con un minuto.
No hubo manera.
Frustración y rabia.
Nada ha cambiado en las oficinas gubernamentales.
What a shame !!!! It is the worst service and treatment I have received in years.
I made hours to get there because of the traffic, then to locate the place in Plaza Inn. I arrive a little before 2 pm and they slam the door in my face.
Note: The hours are until 4:30 (so it says on the front door).
The policeman: No, today we close at 2, here we paste a paper that says that.

Police: No, my watch says 2 minute.
There was no way.
Frustration and anger.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo lo referente al AGUA, pagos y/ o aclaraciones, se forma uno a fuera de la oficina, lugar amplio pero seguro por pandemia, está fuera de Plaza Inn, bajando escaleras sobre Insurgentes, atención cordial, buena orientación, buen horario.
Only regarding WATER, payments and/or clarifications, one is formed outside the office, a spacious but safe place due to the pandemic, it is outside Plaza Inn, going down stairs on Insurgentes, cordial attention, good orientation, good hours.
