★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio, pasan a las personas sin importar que esté formado y con turno, no atienden rápido, creo que dejan mucho que desear....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se encuentra afuera de la plaza en la esguina con lerdo el acceso es sobre flores magon junto a Inbursa y bbva, Pequeño estacionamiento para aproximadamente 6 autos, sin embargo dentro del la plaza hay estacionamiento. La oficina esta en buenas condiciones por reciente, acceso para sillas de ruedas y módulo especial para personas que lo requieren claro que no lo usan para ese fin, por lo demás el mismo mal servicio de siempre nada nuevo, el sistema automático de turnos no sirve y los cajeros o gente de los módulos platicando y desayunando en lugar de atender, así larga espera. La encargada de la oficina (Sara) totalmente apática y le importa poco, sugiere que uno se queje por teléfono o Internet porque seguramente sabe que es inútil y no habrá consecuencias. El personal igual, fui por aclarar un pago que pese a pagarlo doble el sistema lo sigue requiriendo y ellos dicen que la respuesta tardará al menos 6 meses y que si no, que vuelva a ir a iniciarlo otra vez porque increíblemente no dan folio de seguímiento Cobran pero cualquier otra cosa inútil en el mejor de los casos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cosa de suerte, lamentablemente he tenido que ir un par de ocasiones, en una de ellas me atendió una señora de una manera tan déspota y tajante que no me dio ni siquiera oportunidad de exponer mi caso. En otras ocasiones me han tocado unas personas muy atentas, tratando de resolver tu caso. Burocracia al fin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca he podido conseguir ni una buena orientación ni respuestas a trámites que nadie sabe. Las personas en atención al usuario creen que estamos obligados a saber el reglamento de administración pública. En mi opinión están ellos para ayudarnos pero simplemente se concretan a decirnos es así y punto y si quiere hágale como pueda. Sinceramente he tenido mejor respuesta a través de la página de atención ciudadana más que en esta oficina. Tal vez sea más eficiente la atención en el portal que con ellos, es increíble pensar que entre humanos no puede ni haber rato cordial ni atención de calidad...
I have never been able to get a good orientation or answers to procedures that nobody knows. People in customer service believe that we are required to know the public administration regulations. In my opinion, they are there to help us but they simply tell us that's the way it is and that's it and if you want to, do what you can. Honestly, I have had a better response through the citizen service page more than in this office. Perhaps the attention in the portal is more efficient than with them, it is incredible to think that between humans there can not be a cordial time or quality attention ...
