★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es muy buena, si hay mucha gente lo que lo puede hacer algo tardado, la oficina está ubicada en el estacionamiento del sótano 1 a lado de Coppel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengan cuidado pague el agua, ahí la señorita q me atendió me clono mi tarjeta de crédito ya q pague el agua y guarde mi tarjeta no suelo usarla mucho y a los 4 días me llegan cargos de uber tres veces. Por lo q estoy segura q ahí me la clonaron.
Be careful when paying for the water, there the lady who helped me cloned my credit card and when I paid for the water and kept my card I don't usually use it much and after 4 days I get charges from uber three times. So I'm sure they cloned me there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena atención aunque tengo un problema de adeudo que ya cubrí y no dezaperece la leyenda de adeudo en el sistema. Va para dos meses que reporte el problema y no lo han solucionado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, todos son unos ineptos incapaces de realizar su función al usuario no le dan el trato que merece y además no se basan en la documentación de cada trámite es a conciencia de cada quien
Y por lo tanto la titular de enlace Dafne Gómez, no debería de ocupar dicho cargo
La burocracia a su máxima expresión

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde el 24 de feb estoy solicitando una verificación de medidor y es fecha que no me han dado solución solo me dicen que casi todos los empleados les dio covid y que no hay muchos empleados y muchas solicitudes pendientes de atender, pero que tal siguen cobrando una tarifa desde hace 3 años

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo me urgía pagar para una documentación, y todos ahí platicando y chacoteando , no actualizan página uno trae tiempo medido para pagar y no atienden . Que cierran antes y la página dice que servicio es a las 4 pm ! Aún estando todos no te brindan servicio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La primera vez que fui llegué poco antes de las 4 pm, ya estaba cerrado, había un letrero de papel sobrepuesto indicando que la oficina cierra a las 3 pm. Otros visitantes se vieron sorprendidos ya que aseguraban que siempre cierran a las 4:30 pm
En mi siguiente visita mi problema no fue resultado, no me otorgaron detalle impreso de mi saldo deudor de varios periodos y que necesito conocer para poder pagar. Me remitieron a que lo baje Internet. No entiendo para que esta entonces la oficina si los empleados no están en la posición o disposición de resolver los problemas de los visitantes
Más allá de eso, la actitud del personal es lo que deja mucho que desesr. La Srita. Liliana atendiendo de mala gana, cortante, sin disposición alguna de ayudar el problema que viene uno a tratar. De por sí es fastidioso ir a tratar temas de pago como para lidiar con el mal humor de empleados o su pésima actitud

In itself it is annoying to go to discuss payment issues to deal with the bad mood of employees or their terrible attitude

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La oficina esta en el sotano 1 del centro comercial, esta a lado del coppel, no requieres cita para atención y hay poca gente entre semana, el horario es de lunes a viernes de 8 a 4 30 pero te recomiendo llegar maximo a las 4 00.
The office is in basement 1 of the shopping center, it is next to the coppel, you do not require an appointment for service and there are few people during the week, the hours are from Monday to Friday from 8 to 4:30 but I recommend you arrive at the latest at 4:00 .
