Nos llegó un modelo diferente, luego del reclamo nos llegó el vestido de modelo igual pero con material diferente una semana antes del evento! Los arreglos que le hicieron para que se pareciera al vestido original (porque no quedó igual) tardaron casi otra semana y recibimos el vestido dos días antes! Para reclamar no se diga, nadie da la cara, no hay manera de localizar a alguien que responda al cliente, por lo tanto no los recomiendo ni tantito! Eviten dolores de cabeza!
Fatal!
We got a different model, after the claim we got the same model dress but with different material a week before the event! The arrangements they made to make it look like the original dress (because it didn't look the same) took almost another week and we received the dress two days before! To claim, do not say, no one stands up, there is no way to locate someone who responds to the client, therefore I do not recommend them or a little! Avoid headaches!
