El interior es de una sola nave y se encuentra totalmente revestido de rica pintura mural fitomorfa. Cuenta con una serie de lienzos pictóricos de gran formato y, en el retablo mayor de estilo neoclásico, se aprecian las esculturas decimonónicas de la Purísima Concepción de María, Señor San José y al centro, en el nicho de honor, el Sagrado Corazón de Jesús.
Además, en el área previa al presbiterio, se alza una cúpula sostenida por cuatro elegantes pechinas decoradas con ángeles que deja inundar de luz el interior de la Parroquia.
