 Acceptable construction, however access roads are very limited, hopefully it will improve transportation in and out of the development.

Those are the sample houses, a good place, only that the unit still lacks many services and we are going to see how long the surveillance lasts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las casas muy bien en general. Lo que descompone el tejido social es la gente. Mucha gente que se siente muy importante y que hace lo que se le pega la gana con las areas comunes. Se adueñan de los estacionamientos de visitas, hacen sus fiestas en los jardines dejandolos todos secos por las pisadas.... etc etc etc y eso que son privadas de interes medio. Terrible.
The houses are very good in general. What breaks down the social fabric is the people. Many people who feel very important and who do whatever they want with the common areas. They take over the parking lots for visitors, they have their parties in the gardens, leaving them all dry from the footsteps.... etc etc etc and that they are private of medium interest. Terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando te venden tu casa te disen que hay todos los servicios áreas verdes escuelas transporte y sobre todo seguridad cuando terminan de vender todas las casas y entregan al municipio de Chalco te das cuenta que fuiste engañado y quedas ala deriva
Ya que las áreas verdes estás llenas de basura no les da mantenimiento el transporte es pésimo de las combis sardina y de los taxis chocolates la seguridad es lo peor no hay presencia de seguridad pública y los servicios de emergencia de bomberos, protección civil, ambulancias tardan mucho en su tiempo de respuestas asta 2 hrs ya que están asta el centro de Chalco eso en cupido y el las secciones de Chalco 3 están peor y se inundan. Sadasi te vende tu casa con engaños no lo recomiendo.
