★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SADASI MIENTE, una empresa que te vende a base de mentiras, te ofrece un fraccionamiento con acceso controlado y dos meses antes de que acaben de construir te avisan que se abrirá el fraccionamiento al público, nos dicen que cerrarán, pero quedarán varios lotes fuera del fraccionamiento. NO ARRIESGUES TU PATRIMONIO, NO COMPRES CON ESTA EMPRESA.
 SADASI MIENTE, a company that sells you based on lies, offers you a subdivision with controlled access and two months before they finish building they notify you that the subdivision will be opened to the public, they tell us that they will close, but several lots will remain outside the division. DO NOT RISK YOUR HERITAGE, DO NOT BUY WITH THIS COMPANY.

Mienten para asegurar la venta de sus casas pero tienen cosas ocultas, te venden la idea de seguridad en un fraccionamiento y ya cuando está la mayoría de las casas vendidas le entregan las vialidades al municipio, quedando en el olvido la seguridad de las familias!!! SADASI ES UN FRAUDE!!!!
DON'T BUY PROBLEMS!! DO NOT BUY IN SADASI!!! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los fraccionamiento son un fraude te venden a precio de privado y semi residenciales para que después digan que es se interés social ya una vez que compraste y en las escuelas que promocionan no hay cupo por qué gente de afuera de los fraccionamientos son los que lo ocupan no caigan en este tipo de fraudes vean información de lo que pasa en bosques de los héroes y verán a qué me refiero

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimos vendedores con tal de vender me prometieron la cocina integral y el día que me entregaron la casa el vendedor se lavo las manos diciendo que no entraba en promoción cuando yo le tome foto a la hojas, hable con la jefa y salió con que el vendedor me había hecho descuento ya no me darían la cocina cosa que eso nunca me informaron, cuando quieren la venta te prometen muchas cosas
Tengan mucho cuidado el vendedor es Jose Luis olvera por si les quiere vender se pongan abusados con lo que les prometen

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tenemos ni 1 año con la casa y todo es pésimo a la semana d ella entrega , robaron en la privada no sadasi no su seudo administración nos apoyaron , las de administración son una flojas nunca están y hay diferentes tarifas de pago ella se agarran el dinero , nos vendieron una privada y ahora va ser avenida, la casa a los 15 días de entrega toda se filtraba tardaron 15 en arreglarlo y estar día tras día , los mismo se mantenimiento son unos flojos no quieren hacer nada y la disque encargada parece que le pides un favor , si piensan adquirir una casa atenganse a pasar una pésima experiencia con esta constructora no vale la pena el costo de la casa
We haven't even had a year with the house and everything is terrible the week after it is delivered, they stole in the private one, not sadasi, not their pseudo administration supported us, the administration ones are never lazy and there are different payment rates, they grab the money, they sold us a private one and now it's going to be an avenue, the house was leaking after 15 days of delivery, it took 15 to fix it and be there day after day, the same maintenance is lazy, they don't want to do anything and the dial in charge seems to you ask a favor, if you plan to buy a house expect to have a terrible experience with this construction company it is not worth the cost of the house

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo compromiso y lealtad por parte de la empresa a sus clientes, compramos un inmueble en el Fraccionamiento Bosques de los Héroes, donde pagamos cuota por mantenimiento y "seguridad" ya que es un Fraccionamiento privado y hace una semana nos informaron que una parte del fraccionamiento se va a entregar al municipio porque SADASI no tenia aprobados sus planos por éste, no nos dan respuesta, los servicios (agua, luz, predio, etc) de estas casas son cuotas residenciales, por lo que es totalmente incongruente que ahora nos quieran quitar la privacidad y plusvalía por la que pagamos con mucho esfuerzo, si están buscando una casa, busquen muchos otros lugares pero no compren en SADASI
