SADER - 77519 Cancún

Fui al sagarpa del terminal 4 en el aeropuerto de Cancún para que le dieran un certificado de salida del país a mi perrita y me hicieron que le aplicará una vacuna que porque en Colombia la exigían, llamaron a un veterinario que conocían para que aplicara la vacuna y me cobraron 1.000 pesos, cuando llegue a colombia les pregunto a los de inspección si era verdad que pedían esa vacuna y me dijeron que no, que las vacunas que ellos exigían ya las tenía la perrita

Ya van dos veces que tengo que tramitar con ellos la salida del país con mi mascota... las dos veces me trataron increíble, tanto telefónicamente como en sus oficinas... personas amables y cálidas! De esas veces que un trámite se hace fácil. Gracias a todo el personal de sagarpa del aeropuerto de Cancún!

Ingreso con mi perro, después de vacaciones; trámites horribles en Guatemala ( cuando el perro venia con las vacunas , cobros excesivos ) y al llegar a Mexico de donde salimos , la atención de la señorita de la ventanilla fue Atenta PERO estaba la mandamás de la oficina , la cual me regañó y grito porque el PERRO ladraba ( viene de viajar y hay más perros ahí ) que esperan que sean mudos ? Nefasta la servidora mándamas … los demás de la ofícina atentos

Worthless with Zero knowledge on what products can be imported into Mexico. On June 27th I was stopped by customs at the Cancun on flight from Europe where this SAGARPA worker stole my pork and beef sausages that I purchased at a store in Slovenia for personal consumption. The products had a bar code and commercially wrapped. These morons claim that the country must be registered with Mexico to import anything. Slovenia is the cleanest EU country with less than 1.8 million people unlike France, Germany and the USA where there are many problems. The inspector did not even know where Slovenia was located. I also had a homemade beef sausage from Germany and he said that was fine. I asked what would happen to my products they took from me and they said they would burn them the following day. I should of ate them there on the spot, because these uneducated clowns had a feast with my gourmet food. SADER is just another office invented to abuse of travelers and wash government funds. I explained to them that the EU has stricter FDA regulations than in the Americas and these products that are commercially sold are much healthier than the products sold in Mexico. SAGARPA is a SCAM!
