Marqué por lo menos 5 veces antes de acudir a la sucursal para cotizar unas piezas, al llegar a sucursal te atienden de mala gana, pedí las cozas que no tenían en ese momento, me dijeron que a las 5pm llegaban, hice tiempo para no dar dos vueltas y a las 5 me dicen que no llegaron mis refacciones en el pedido que les llegó. En fin, una lástima que su organización sea tan mala ya que las piezas se ven de buena calidad.

Anyway, a pity that your organization is so bad since the pieces look of good quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicite una cotización la atención fue rápido pero lastimosamente no me fue posible encontrar los amortiguadores que necesito. Ya les eh comprado anteriormente de forma indirecta ya que mi taller de confianza compra mis repuestos aquí. Mi mayor inconveniente fue que piden el número de serie del vehículo lo cual me parece impersonal.
No sé por qué dicha necesidad, en cuanto al surtido de repuestos lo dejaremos neutral. Tendré que seguir buscando.
Request a quote, the attention was fast but unfortunately I was not able to find the shock absorbers I need. I have already bought them indirectly since my trusted workshop buys my spare parts here. My biggest drawback was that they ask for the serial number of the vehicle which seems impersonal to me.
I do not know why this need, as for the assortment of spare parts we will leave it neutral. I'll have to keep looking.
