Yo elaboro mi propio pan y llevo varios años usándolo, lo recomiendo ampliamente a mis alumnos del taller de cocina casera que doy: "Para meter las manos en la masa". Me hizo mucha falta este producto en los primeros meses de la pandemia cuando despareció de los anaqueles de los supermercados, aún cuando procuro tener varias cajas. Creo que no se vale crear expectativas y que el rascadito no sea tal y que el impresor no haya tomado en cuenta esta dificultad. Vaya suerte si solo me toco a mi el error.
