Soy vicitante en tula de allende, del lado de Iturbe, me he dado cuenta q hay dos pequeños ganaderos de vacas, uno tiene menos vacas q el otro, pero las tienen en pesimas condiciones, donde las tienen estan llenas de lodo, ahi mismo las ordeñan, si hace sol ahi siguen, las llevan a pastar, pero las regresan ahi mismo, les da el sereno, les llueve, las tienen en condiciones infra-humanas, porfavor hagan algo, no les ponen nada techado, y se ven enfermas,hasta les escurre como agua la nariz, y unas estan hasta con reumas. Gracias .. Ure! Ayuden a las vaquitas.
