Friendly staff, well uniformed and trained, food quality is excellent. Good place to eat with the family, there is no children's menu, it is for grown-ups.

Terrible place!! The food was served burnt, the sauces were super salty, the meat was not fresh and to top it off, the owner is a jerk just like her employees. It took forever (more than an hour) to bring the food and they wanted to overcharge us. NEVER return!!!

AWFUL EXPERIENCE, MISTREATMENT OF THE OWNER. It all started when after a bad experience with the taste of the meat (burnt) and respectfully expressing it to the owner, she acts totally out of context, without offering a solution to our experience, she states -That she thinks it's fine, that There's nothing wrong- Later, we ask for the bill, with an arrogant attitude he gives us the bill, obviously they charged us for everything. Later, we take the leftover meat and chistorra in an aluminum. After noticing it, the owner comes out behind us and yells at the grill man "What a bad mother, they say that the meat is bad and they even take the leftovers", my mother leaves the food on the table again to avoid a confrontation, in that moment the owner takes the meat from the table and walks out behind us to throw the food into the trash can on my mother's head, she misses it and all the food is scattered on the floor, making the scene even more spectacular. After this action, my mother tells the owner: "Hey, what a bad treatment, that's how he invites us to come back" To which she replies: "I don't want people like you, never come back" We get in the car and he continues to repeat the same sentence out loud over and over again. This situation is unfortunate, it was a great place, with great flavor and a good concept, but honestly I would think very well, recommending going to this place.

This time I had no opportunity to take photos. But before the place was very good, but to me it seems to have dropped in quality. Before, their cheese was very good along with the chistorra, but it no longer has the same flavor. The hamburger was very ugly, the bread crumbled, the potato that my mother got from the hamburger she ordered was burnt compared to the other two potatoes that we ordered separately. Hopefully they will have the same quality as before and that the menu will return to the same cost based on the weight of your meat, not that now in the case of rib eye it is cost over 350 gr or 300 I don't remember well. And also the lack of drinks was another issue there was no natural water and that was 1:30/2 in the afternoon. At least the attention was good. The only thing that doesn't change. :)

Today we had the WORST EXPERIENCE in this restaurant if it could be rated without stars I would. Burnt meat, we told the owner and she only told us "I see it fine" ?? we asked for the bill, they charged us in full and we took what we didn't consume and we heard him tell the grill man "what a little mother, not that he was burnt and even take away the leftovers?" ? we went back to leave the package and he threw it on our head leaving everything lying on the floor, INCONCEIVABLE and still later we told him "guests not to return" and he answers "never come back, you are not well received". It is incredible that after an economic crisis like the one we have suffered worldwide we do not have the ability to provide good customer service ???
