Excelente sazón, lástima que esta vez los cortes fueron mucho más pequeños y los costos subieron, era temprano(14:30 hrs) y no tenían mucha variedad de cortes ni de bebidas

Buenas medidas sanitarias, excelente imagen del concepto de Carnes a la parrilla, hermosa decoración en madera con logo y muy funcional en todo el restaurante. El personal amable, bien uniformado y capacitado, la calidad de los alimentos es excelente. Buen lugar para comer en familia, no hay menú infantil, es para grandecitos.

Terrible lugar!! La comida la sirvieron quemada, las salsas estaban súper saladas, la carne no era fesca y para colmo, la dueña es una patana igual que sus empleados. Tardaron siglos (más de una hora) en traer los alimentos y nos querían cobrar de más. JAMÁS regreso!!!

PÉSIMA EXPERIENCIA, MALTRATO DEL DUEÑO. Todo comenzó cuando tras una mala experiencia con el sabor de la carne (a quemada) y manifestárselo respetuosamente a la dueña, ella actúa totalmente fuera de contexto, sin ofrecer una solución a nuestra experiencia, ella manifiesta -Que a ella le parece bien, que no tiene nada de malo- Posteriormente, pedimos la cuenta, con una actitud prepotente nos otorga la cuenta, obvio nos lo cobraron todo. Posteriormente, nos llevamos la carne y chistorra sobrante en un aluminio. Tras notarlo, la dueña sale atrás de nosotros y le grita al parrillero “Que poca madre, dicen que la carne está mala y se llevan hasta las sobras”, mi mamá vuelve a dejar la comida en la mesa para evitar una confrontación, en ese momento la dueña toma la carne de la mesa y sale caminando atrás de nosotros para aventar la comida al bote de basura sobre la cabeza de mi mamá, no le atina y toda la comida queda regada en el suelo, haciendo aún más aparatosa la escena. Tras esta acción, mi mamá le dice a la dueña: “Oiga, que mal trato, así nos invita a volver” A lo que ella responde: “Yo no quiero gente como ustedes, nunca vuelvan” Nos subimos al auto y continúa repitiendo la misma oración en voz alta una y otra vez. Lamentable esta situación, era un gran lugar, con gran sabor y buen concepto, pero sinceramente pensaría muy bien, el recomendar asistir a este lugar.

Esta vez no tuve oportunidad de tomar fotos. Pero antes el lugar era muy bueno, pero a mí parecer a bajado de calidad. Antes su queso era muy bueno junto con la chistorra pero ya no tiene el mismo sabor. La hamburguesa estaba muy fea, el pan se desmoronaba, la papá que le tocó a mi mamá de la hamburguesa que pidió, estaba quemada a comparación de las otras dos papas que pedimos aparte. Los cortes de la carne, ahora son cortes pequeños, la neta me lleve una profunda decepción. Ojalá vuelvan a tener la misma calidad de antes y que el menú vuelva al mismo costo sobre el peso de tu carne, no que ahora en el caso del rib eye es costo sobre 350 gr o 300 ya no me acuerdo bien. Y también la falta de bebidas fue otra cuestión no había ningún agua natural y eso que eran la 1:30/2 de la tarde. Al menos la atención si fue buena. Lo único que no cambio. :)

Hoy tuvimos la PEOR EXPERIENCIA en este restaurante si se pudiera calificar sin estrellas lo haría. Carne quemada, le avisamos a la dueña y solo nos dijo "yo la veo bien" ?? pedimos la cuenta, nos cobran completo y nos llevábamos lo que no consumimos y se escucha que le comenta al parrillero "que poca madre, no que estaba quemada y hasta se llevan las sobras?" ? nos regresamos a dejar el paquete y lo aventó sobre nuestra cabeza quedando todo tirado en el piso, INCONCEBIBLE y todavía después le dijimos "invitados a no regresar" y me contesta "no regresen nunca, no son bien recibidos". Es increíble que después de una crisis económica como la que hemos sufrido mundialmente no tengamos la capacidad de dar una buena atención al cliente ???
