An actual French bakery. The bread looked divine (saw a dark campagnard that looked amazing), the desserts were to die for (try their mille feuille!), and the coffee--the perfect final touch to a perfect dessert. They also sell cheese, foie gras, honey, and jam. I can't wait to go back!

So this is a few steps from my house, which is great because I can always walk there for fresh baked bread... but it could also be bad because it's so close! Joking aside: great quality bread, made right there on premises. Excellent variety of doughs, baguettes, croissants, tarts, etc. Really amazing quality.

If it is croissants or tarts you are after, you will not find better in all of Queretaro. Perhaps the owners could consider (if they haven’t already) offering to share their french knowledge with others in the area who are selling croissants and tarts...a bit of healthy competition.

Both times we bought a loaf of sourdough bread here the bottom was terribly burned, not edible! I had to cut off half the bread which is a shame as it probably could be quite good if it wasn’t totally over-baked. There are much better sourdough options in town.
