It is a very nice place, small but with a great variety of pastries. They have everything from puff pastry and rolls, to flavored macaroons and individual cakes. Your care is kind. There is little parking space, but it is definitely worth it.
The breads and desserts are delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They make good desserts, breads, croissants, and so on. Quality has slightly fallen. The last several times I have visited, they are out of stock on basic products. Today, I write this review because I am over it. They say they close at 7, yet I walked in to purchase a dessert at 6:45, the doors are open, and the cashier tells me she cannot sell me anything because she’s “done working”. In other words, closed. I am sad for the way this business has deteriorated because I loved it for a long time. It is no longer what it used to be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I remember this place used to be a great option for good deserts and treats. They lost the flavor, they don’t think about customer service any more. Few days ago went for an eclair and asked for a coffee, but the girl took the milk bottle and smelled to check if the milk was good or not. Sorry, no thank you... I miss chef Paul Bentley times in change of this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the best of its type in Guadalajara, perhaps mexico. Not cheap but genuinely comparable with its French counterparts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down one of the best pastries in town. Authentic French bakery with delicious cakes and bread.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Flavors are quite good but it isn't cheap as you can expect given that this is a "high end" place. I tried the Tiramisú, Pecan Tarte and the Lemon Tarte. The Pecan Tarte was a bit too sweet for me or maybe it missed the right the balance between the pastry and the filling.
