Se los contrató para que ayuden con permisos migratorios para mis papás y resulta que aunque se entregaron NUNCA introdujeron los documentos, se pagó todos los permisos correspondientes y ahora los documentos NO EXISTEN. Lo peor de todo es que pese a que nunca se incumplió el contrato si rescindimos el mismo, ellos quienes no hicieron NADA nos cobrarían una penalidad de 15 mil pesos, pasó más de año de dicho trámite y a la fecha no dan la cara ni respuesta. NO CONFÍEN EN NADA PERO NADA DE LO QUE OFRECEN POR QUE NO LO CUMPLEN!
TERRIBLE SERVICE! They were hired to help with immigration permits for my parents and it turns out that although they were handed out they NEVER entered the documents, all the corresponding permits were paid and now the documents DO NOT EXIST. The worst of all is that although the contract was never breached if we terminated the contract, they who did NOTHING would charge us a penalty of 15 thousand pesos, spent more than one year of said procedure and to date they do not show their face or response. DON'T TRUST ANYTHING BUT NOTHING OF WHAT YOU OFFER BECAUSE YOU DON'T FULFILL IT!

They only charged me and did not follow up on my issue. I found out because the resolution arrived at my address. Look for another firm that is serious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to Alejandro for a simple visa extension due to the lockdown caused by the virus. This was very simple and straightforward.
I then asked for his help for another immigration matter. I also explained that I have had bad experiences with Mexican lawyers before. He said that I could trust him. He lied.
He told me he would call me for sure on Monday with all the options. My friend also called him and he insisted that on Monday we would continue our dialogue.
Monday came and went. Nothing from him. We contacted him everyday for the rest of all of the week. He at first said he would call back but never did. He then said he would send information but never did. He then just stopped responding to all calls and messages. I sent a further audio message deploring him to show us some professionalism, even if it was to say he didn’t want to help. Nothing.
Therefore I will urge my all foreign friends in Guadalajara NOT to use the services of Alejandro Sauza Mancilla.
And I urge YOU too to please look elsewhere for your legal immigration needs as he lacks professionalism, respect and education.
EDIT: 21 hours after posting this review Alejandro contacted me just to ask me to change my review or to remove it completely. I think this tells you everything you need to know about him.
