A la entrega te hacen llenar sus evaluaciones mañosamente antes de entregarte el vehículo. el trato es nefasto y el servicio deja mucho que desear. Tardaron dos semanas para algo muy sencillo. Además me robaron el soporte para el teléfono

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si eres asegurado por favor pide que te asignen otro taller… wEl peor servicio de toda la industria; jamás JAMÁS responden los teléfonos; te atienden como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor, el asesor que me asignaron jamás dio seguimiento, si no conoces el proceso te mienten; refacciones y trabajos de muy mala calidad!! Ojalá @GNP los quitara de su lista de talleres certificados!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO SERVICIO!!! Los asesores no tienen una idea de lo que es Servicio al cliente, parece están haciendo un favor reparar la unidad por la que ya el seguro ya pago. No es posible que pierdan un expediente y se les olviden piezas al momento de entregar el auto. Ojo si se te olvida algo personal no lo reclames porque LITERAL SE ROBAN LAS COSAS, DEJE UNA CARTERA Y SE LA ROBARON. No puedes reclamar porque firmas que no dejas artículos personales. En mi estancia escuché a los clientes reclamar por muchas cosas. PÉSIMOS.
