★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TERRIBLE. Llevé mi laptop a arreglar, no solo no lo lograron... rompieron la mica de la pantalla, sin hacerse responsables. Al llevarla a arreglar a otro sitio (con éxito) me comentaron que, además, faltaban varios tornillos del interior.
 TERRIBLE. I took my laptop to get it fixed, not only did they not succeed... they broke the mica on the screen, without taking responsibility. When taking it to another place to be fixed (successfully) they told me that, in addition, several screws were missing from the interior.

En octubre del 2021 dejé mi Acer (tablet laptop) para que la desbloquearan y no solamente tardaron más de 1 mes en hacer lo que le tenían que hacer, sino que también le derramaron un líquido en la pantalla, hasta el momento es hora que nadie me da respuesta de ello. El gerente Eduardo me comentó que tenía una solución y después de ese día que nos vimos (hace una semana) en la sucursal de Benito Juárez es hora que no me responde las llamadas ni los mensajes. Tengo más de 3 meses sin poder usar mi lap por su irresponsabilidad.
Terrible service! In October 2021 I left my Acer (tablet laptop) to be unlocked and not only did it take more than 1 month to do what they had to do, but they also spilled a liquid on the screen, so far it's time that nobody give me an answer about it. The manager Eduardo told me that he had a solution and after that day we met (a week ago) at the Benito Juárez branch, it is time that he does not answer my calls or messages. I haven't been able to use my lap for more than 3 months because of your irresponsibility.
