El ambiente es agradable, la comida tenía buen sabor; pero estaba fría, muy fría.
Las porciones son normales.
El servicio, es indiferente.
La limpieza del lugar deja mucho que desear.
El baño tenía una fuga y el cesto lleno.
Debajo de la mesa había servilletas tiradas, y por casualidad pasé mi servilleta en la mesa, y salió super sucia.
Antes había acudido al lugar y todo era super bien.
Ahora que regresé, fue un poco decepcionante.
Deberían de mejorar sobre todo la limpieza y cuidar que los alimentos estén a la temperatura correcta.
 The place is small and they have few tables.
The atmosphere is nice, the food tasted good; but it was cold, very cold.
The portions are normal.
The service is indifferent.
The cleanliness of the place leaves a lot to be desired.
The bathroom had a leak and the basket was full.
Under the table there were napkins lying around, and I happened to pass my napkin on the table, and it came out super dirty.
I had gone to the place before and everything was super good.
Now that I'm back, it was a bit disappointing.
Above all, they should improve cleaning and take care that the food is at the correct temperature.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really wanted to like everything about this place. The beverages were amazing (cucumber sparkling water and ginger sparkling water) and the edamame appetizer was delicious! However, I was really let down by the actual ramen itself. They were not ramen noodles, but spaghetti pasta. If you Google "ramen", you will see it is not served with speghetti pasta. The ramen soup flavor was okay but lacked some depth. The pork in my ramen had good flavor, however. I tried my companions ramen and theirs seemed just as bland.
Word of advice to owners: you're sooo close to being amazing. Use real ramen noodles and refine the broth a bit and you'll be amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed because the food looks nothing like the photos they posted here and social media. The appetizer looked and tasted several days old. Our ramen was so bland and the vegetables was old and off colored. We got ice cream for dessert and that was probably the only decent dish. Overall, the atmosphere was great - but that means nothing when the food is subpar and miss-represented.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were excited to find a ramen restaurant and the service and atmosphere were really good. The appetizers were delicious. The ramen, however, was a little disappointing. The noodles didn’t seem authentic and due to the sheets of nori they put in the bowl as a garnish the broth soon tasted fishy. None of us could finish it.
