El pasado sábado acudí sin reservación y la hostess SÚPER grosera, muy apenas nos dirigía la palabra, nos dijo que había 11 mesas antes, que eran reservaciones (eran las 11:00 pm, a esa hr ya ni siquiera respetan las reservas) y que tendríamos que esperar (literal se lo invento) ? El lugar estaba lleno, si, pero no había 11 mesas en espera jaja. Estamos en pleno 2021, como para que una persona que acomoda las mesas se ponga en el plan de cadenero que mamonea para sentirse cool, decidiendo quién entra y quién no. Esto habla súper mal del lugar y da muy mala imagen, recuerden que no hay mejor publicidad de la de boca en boca y el primer acercamiento con el cliente es en la entrada del lugar. Habiendo TANTOS lugares en Gdl, deberían cuidar un poco más estos detalles que hacen la diferencia, ya que actualmente muchos de los clientes ya no buscamos ir a posar, buscamos un lugar con buen servicio y ahí les está fallando ? With SO MANY places in Gdl, they should take care of these details that make the difference a little more, since currently many of the clients no longer seek to go to pose, we look for a place with good service and there it is failing them ?

No fue una experiencia grata para nosotros. Les falta capacitar a su personal porque el servicio al cliente es lo más importante en un lugar . No deberían permitir fumar. Es desagradable en un lugar cerrado. Solo por este detalle resto puntos. Amé la decoración, los precios me parecieron bien. A very chic place to come and enjoy a good cocktail. I loved it, however there were people smoking, and it is not exactly an open place. They should not allow smoking. It is unpleasant in a closed place. Only for this detail I rest points. I loved the decor, the prices were fine.
