★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenas instalaciones. Vivaaerobus 1109 aterrizó muy demorado. Los precios de taxis muy caros, los servicios DiDi piden extra y por fuera de su plataforma digital, los autobuses foráneos solo trabajan de 6am a 6pm. Nosotros como usuarios debemos adaptarnos a sus servicios debiendo ser al revés. Qué vergüenza con el visitante extranjero!!! :(
 Good installations. Vivaaerobus 1109 landed very late. Very expensive taxi prices, DiDi services ask for extra and outside their digital platform, foreign buses only work from 6am to 6pm. We as users must adapt to their services and it should be the other way around. What a shame with the foreign visitor !!! :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El aeropuerto aún no llega tanta gente para la época decembrina, aunq no cuenta con medidas de sanidad ante el Covid, no termómetro de temperatura en cada puerta,ni sanitizante para manos.
Aunq en las tiendas si lo hay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comentaré sobre mi regreso por volaris. Era en el área A puerta 1. Figuraba a tiempo en pantallas; de hecho pensé que se atrasaria porque los de aeromexico tardaron en abordar pero despejaron a tiempo para que pudiéramos abordar a tiempo.
Se les ocurre cambiar la puerta en el último instante. Además que tuvimos un retraso de 30 min. Y curiosamente la vuelta a la CDMX tardó más.
El check in en volaris fue rápido.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aparte de que están arreglando nunca se han tomado la molestia de colocar asientos y nunca se encuentran los maleteros, si dejan usar carro dentro porque no hasta la puerta de salida, ahí la recuperación de carritos, de todos modos los policías no hacen otra cosa más que decirle a la gente no se lleve el carrito y dónde están los taxis y ya no te puedes regresar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aunque es notable un esfuerzo en la remodelación de la Terminal 1, cambiar las lámparas, pintar las paredes (sin mucho cuidado en los terminados) y cambiar el piso y restaurar los baños, sin duda mejora la experiencia del usuario pero esto no es suficiente cuando el servicio sigue siendo un desastre.
No hay ocasión que vuele hacia este destino en que no haya alguna demora así sea breve.
Mucho por mejorar aún.
Although an effort is notable in the remodeling of Terminal 1, changing the lamps, painting the walls (without much care in the finishes) and changing the floor and restoring the bathrooms, undoubtedly improves the user experience but this is not enough when the service is still a disaster.
There is no occasion that you fly to this destination in which there is not some delay, even if it is brief.
Much to improve yet.
