No fui el único en ese viaje que le pasó otros cuatro pasajeros también les pasó ... Por lo que veo ya es negocio porque no te regresan nada, ni cambio de autobus y tienes que comprar nuevamente el boleto... No recomiendo este servicio ya que no se hacen responsables
