Sala VIP: The Lounge - Cancún

Pretty average lounge. They have simple egg and beans breakfast and a variety of snacks. Recently made coffee and other drinks. The service was great and the bathrooms were clean.

Awful lounge, food is terrible and coffee comes at the press of a button from stale coffee. Service is ordinary and toilets are filthy. Just get Starbucks and go to the gate.

Small, so could certainly get overcrowded. However, was here around 8:00 a.m. for a morning flight and it was great -- just 1 other traveler and swift, friendly service from the attendant. Food just ok (average but tiny kid's-size quesadillas; below-par chilaquiles but great green side sauce). Other options included different styles of eggs, cereal, and juice. Coffee was good, great size. Nice ambiance music played at appropriate volume. Some of the furniture was in dire need of an update though (stained; missing/broken/rusty button holes) All in all, good experience included with my credit card PP, but average.

Terrible service. We were in a rush and ordered food for 3 different tables each one with its own number. When the food arrived it was all mixed and no one knew what was who’s and in the end we had to rush and eat half of the food because we had no time left. Don’t go there if you have less than 45m to spare.

Gets the job done! Nothing too special here, but it is a relatively large lounge, has multiple spaces i clouding a tv room and a “quiet room” where you can take a nap. Food selection is very limited, but they have good coffee. Staff is super friendly!

If you've ever been... well anywhere else, this "lounge" is pretty terrible. Was not clean, food was basically saran wrapped leftover style plates and half of them on the counters couldn't even tell If they'd been taken by someone or not already hard to tell whay had been eaten or not as their were plates left everywhere. We haphazardly took a table we don't.. think anyone was currently using and no one even came. It was packed, tons of crying kids, (we have a kid too not blaming them but just not the setting I'm used to in these lounges) the setting had a high school cafeteria feel, even the staff at the lounge next door we accidentally went to rolled their eyes when we told them what lounge we were looking for and in a sassy tone was like "oh.. THAT ones next door" we walked in, waited for some kind of service in the super loud atmosphere.. and left to TGI Fridays instead. Not gonna renew this pass.

A cozy, contemporary space with attentive and friendly staff. We used our Priority Pass membership to enter on a Thursday afternoon. Check-in was quick and easy, even without our membership IDs. Pablo was our server and he was truly excellent. The lounge is small and cozy, and at ~75% capacity when we arrived; however, service remained impeccable despite the volume. The space was not loud and some folks were working on laptops seemingly undisturbed —power outlets were plentiful at the center bar. Drinks came out promptly and the included liquors were solid (Absolut for vodka). Pablo offered double-talls and kept us well hydrated with bottled water between rounds. The food menu is limited and nothing to write home about; however, everything was tasty and we never waited more than 5 minutes for orders to arrive (we placed multiple food orders using the on-table QR code system and ordered drinks in-person from the table). This was easily one of the best PP lounges we’ve visited and we’d happily return.
