How always rich, but they lack a real spicy sauce

I've been wanting to go to this place for a long time because I always see people. Nice place, good location, helpful staff. I was a little disappointed with my dish (red chilaquiles with sirloin) it was a tortilla dough and enmolada type sauce, nothing to do with some "red chilaquiles" when I saw the dishes of my companions I regretted it. The huaraches very rich but very late. They place a basket of bread (very rich) when they serve you but they do not explain that they are not courtesy, until the payment. Another situation is that the place fills up and there is a lot of noise from people, it has an outdoor area to avoid that interior noise. The few people who attend the tables do not know how to handle situations with a full place, they take time to make a refil, bring how much or things like that, they get stressed and it shows... they should train the staff well in that regard. As a final comment, the manager or cashier really lacks a lot of service attitude and personnel management. All very rich, but or would I return :(
