★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Playa Saladita still has natural beauty and some of the most amazing sunsets anywhere but it’s gotten dirtier and far more crowded over the years. Too crowded. Too touristy. Too American for me. And the wave is mostly a close-out. I counted 226 surfers on it in one session. All closeouts.
