★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buenos precios pero pedí un sofá que llegó sin un par de portavasos que debería traer, para evitar que se lo llevaran, agregaran los portavasos y regresaran el sofá propuse un pequeño reembolso en donde solo me ofrecieron $100 y al final me dejaron de responder para arreglar el problema
Good prices but I asked for a sofa that arrived without a couple of cup holders that I should bring, to avoid taking it, they added the cup holders and returned the sofa I proposed a small refund where they only offered me $ 100 and in the end they stopped responding to me to fix the problem

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los muebles son buenos , pero personalmente por error no calcule la medida ideal del mueble que compre , intenté solucionarlo pero no tuve la atención ideal por parte del personal, marcabamos y no contestaban,espere respuesta por 3 semanas para que finalmente mencionaran que ya me habían marcado(lo cual nunca pasó) y me habían dicho que no se podía hacer cambios del mueble o devoluciones ,cuando en un principio me manejaron la posibilidad de una solución. Tal vez fue un error de cálculo de parte mía pero la atención del personal es mala una vez que ya te vendieron
