Solo la tardanza si fué mucha.
Mejorando eso serian de 5 estrellas!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiene más de año y medio que adquirí un sofá cama y ha salido de muy buena calidad tanto la tela como el mecanismo de armado y desarmado para hacerse cama/sofá...muy buen precio, entregaron en tiempo y forma y la atención siempre fue muy buena.
It has been more than a year and a half since I bought a sofa bed and it has come out of very good quality, both the fabric and the assembly and disassembly mechanism to become a bed/sofa...very good price, they delivered in a timely manner and the attention was always very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mandé tapizar mi sala hace dos meses, me dijeron que tardarían cuatro semanas, pasado ese tiempo marque y me dijeron que no la tenían aún, que tardarian una semana más, para no hacerles el cuento largo desde entonces me traen con puras largas de que le falta "un poco" a mi sala, parezco niñera teniendo que marcar cada nueva fecha que me dan para ver si ahora sí me entregan o nuevamente los tengo que andar buscando una semana más.
Se nota la mala comunicación entre atención al cliente y su taller, si desde un principio me hubieran dicho que tardaría dos meses no estaría así de molesta o si hubieran tenido el tacto de marcar desde la primera vez que me dijeron que me entregaban para "avisar" que tardaría cuatro semanas más habría sido menos frustrante que tener que estar esperando una sala que nomás no llega.
Por el tiempo que ya tardaron, el precio y todo el coraje que ya me hicieron pasar no espero un trabajo menos que excelente, pero ya haré un reseña a parte sobre eso.
Por el momento no recomiendo, el servicio ha sido peor que pésimo.

The poor communication between customer service and their workshop is noticeable, if from the beginning they had told me that it would take two months I would not be so upset or if they had had the tact to mark from the first time they told me that they would deliver me to "notify "That it would take four more weeks would have been less frustrating than having to wait for a room that just didn't come.
For the time it took, the price and all the courage that they already made me go through, I don't expect a less than excellent job, but I'll do a separate review about it.
At the moment I do not recommend, the service has been worse than lousy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde Febrero tienen mis muebles. Estamos en mayo y no me los han entregado. Todas las semanas me dicen que los van a entregar y no cumplen. Pésimo servicio al cliente, no son responsables.
Since February they have my furniture. We are in May and they have not been delivered to me. Every week they tell me that they are going to deliver them and they do not comply. Terrible customer service, they are not responsible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención, los muebles de muy buena calidad. En lo particular compré un sofá cama. Si quieres otro color de sofá, se puede escoger el o los tonos que uno quiera. Y cumplen con la fecha de entrega.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegan a casa, te muestran catálogos de telas, si quieres modificaciones igual te dan opciones de diseño, telas y precios, la hicieron tal cual la pedimos. El tiempo de entrega es mucho, sin embargo vale la pena la espera. Los dos chicos que se llevaron la sala fueron los mismos que la entregaron, súper amables, con cubrebocas y bastante respetuosos con los espacios. La comunicación con quién administra los tiempos de entrega y le da seguimiento a tu producto, siempre fue amable tanto vía telefónica como por what's.
They come home, they show you fabric catalogs, if you want modifications, they still give you design options, fabrics and prices, they made it as we asked for it. The delivery time is long, however it is worth the wait. The two guys who took the room were the same ones who delivered it, super friendly, with face masks and quite respectful of the spaces. The communication with who manages the delivery times and follows up on your product, was always friendly both by phone and by what's happening.
