Por un precio muy bajo que fue de $350 pesos recibí revisión por un optomestrista y también por una médico oftalmóloga, recibí revisión de mi correcta visión y también de la salud de mis ojos, lo cual se me hizo increíblemente barato considerando los precios de un oftalmólogo en otros hospitales. Quedaron en avisarme cuando estén listos mis lentes graduados pronto, creo que tu salud ocular vale mucho más de lo que aquí cobran y vale la pena, 100% recomendado.

Las instalaciones están muy bien, aunque no tenían aire acondicionado están muy bien. No hay o ví sanitarios para los pacientes. Nosotros llegamos un poco tarde y nos recibieron sin problemas, además pasamos rápido a consulta. Excelente lugar.

Una experiencia nefasta y desagradable. Me presupuestaron, pague el monto total de mis lentes y a medio proceso me avisan que es más $$. En teoría son profesionales y tendrían que tener orden en estás situaciones. Pedí un reembolso y llevo casi el mes rogando a la gerente Alejandra Romero que por cierto ya no responde mis mensajes y llamadas, ya hablé a corporativo y tampoco hay respuesta.
Es molesto tener que lidiar con personas ineptas y que abusen de su posición.
En fin habrá otros medios para resolver esto...

A dire and unpleasant experience. They budgeted me, I paid the full amount for my glasses and in the middle of the process they tell me that it is more $$. In theory they are professionals and they should have order in these situations. I asked for a refund and I have been begging the manager Alejandra Romero for almost a month, who by the way no longer responds to my messages and calls, I have already spoken to corporate and there is no response.
It is annoying having to deal with inept people who abuse their position.
Anyway there will be other means to solve this ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi esposa agendo una cita el día de hoy 13 de mayo las dos de la tarde llegamos a las dos con tres minutos ya no le permitieron el acceso en recepción que por qué la doctora ya se había retirado por qué la cita era a las dos en punto y que si requería la atención que agendará otra cita ,el acceso es muy complicado hay muchos camiones y peseros y la avenida está llena de baches y eso complica la llegada ,deberían de ser más accesibles y dar unos minutos de tolerancia

El costo de la consulta con el oftalmólogo fue muy económico ($350) e incluso incluyó un chequeo con el optometrista. Al final requerí cirugía, que también estuvo a muy buen precio (más o menos 4 mil) e incluyó una consulta de revisión con el oftalmólogo posterior a la cirugía. Ya han pasado cinco meses desde mi cirugía y sigo muy bien. El lugar está muy limpio y en buen estado. La atención del personal es de primera. Tanto la recepcionista como la optometrista y la oftalmóloga fueron siempre muy amables y profesionales. Recomiendo mucho está clínica. Tiene las tres b's: bueno, bonito y, lo mejor de todo, barato.

The cost of the consultation with the ophthalmologist was very cheap ($350) and even included a check-up with the optometrist. In the end I required surgery, which was also at a very good price (more or less 4 thousand) and included a review consultation with the ophthalmologist after surgery. It's been five months since my surgery and I'm still doing great. The place is very clean and in good condition. The attention of the staff is first class. Both the receptionist and the optometrist and ophthalmologist were always very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this clinic. It has the three b's: good, nice and, best of all, cheap.
