★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala actitud de la recepcionista, te recibe con caras y al momento de pasar a esperar, el personal platicando y riendose (consejería 3), incluso uno estaba haciendo pesas (consejería 5), no hay nadie que supervise o por lo menos este al tanto del personal.
Haces cita y cuando pasas hay un letrero que dice que el tiempo aproximado de espera es de 90 minutos!!! Para que haces la cita si te hacen esperar mucho tiempo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la primera vez que voy, la recepcionista me dejó esperando y después de 10 mn me preguntó si tenía cita a lo cual le comenté que no, si tenían disponiblidad más tarde pero yo no podía para lo que le pedí que me agendará, molesta me dió un folleto con el número teléfonico de la clínica, yo le dije que si ella no me podía agendar ya que estaba ahí, molesta y volteando los ojos me dice bueno entonces pase! Debido a ello le dije que con esa actitud mejor me iba a otro lado. Vi los comentarios antes de acudir y la mayoría hace referencia a la recepcionista no sé si sea la misma pero que mal servicio. Adicional ví que tenían a una persona sentada en una cubeta llenando un formato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No cuentan con los aparatos actualizados como en otras sucursales. La atención es regular por parte de las señoritas de la recepción, suelen hacerte "caras" y mal servició si no compras ahí los lentes. Por parte de los doctores son profesionales y responden todas tus dudas. Sobre todo el consultor para cirugía es muy amable y se ve que sabe hacer MUY BIEN su trabajo. Lo recomiendo.
They do not have the updated devices as in other branches. The attention is regular by the ladies at the reception, they tend to make you "expensive" and bad service if you don't buy your glasses there. On the part of the doctors they are professionals and they answer all your questions. Above all, the surgical consultant is very friendly and it is seen that he knows how to do his job VERY WELL. I recommend it.

Los studios los hicimos 2 veces y vencieron y quieren que lo haga por 3ra vez, llevo gastado mas de $20,000 y 4 meses de calvario y aún no la operan. POR FAVOR NO VAYAN SI VALORAN SU TIEMPO Y A SU FAMILIAR.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala esperiencia lleve a mi hija al examen pensando que eran especialistas y me dicen que tenía la presión alta y glaucoma que podría perder la vista por lo que me dicen que hay que hacerle unos estudios urgentes y espantado por lo que me dicen se lo hacemos y me dicen ahora valla con el especialista en la calle de Hamburgo y apagar nuevamente y la especialista me dice que no que está bien la niña que se confundieron. La conclusión es que te espantan para que pagues y nada más te sacan dinero.
