★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with Aeromexico.. they going crazy with the flight information on the screens is total disinformation.. they just update that accurately 10 minutes before your flight departure.. I lost my flight while was in the terminal 6 hours in advanced, they posted in time initially.. later they showed my flight with 1 hour delay.. so i seat to eat .. when I decided to to to the Gate the flight simple had departed .. the sad things was that aeromexico ask me to buy new ticked.. instead of just seat me in the next flight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 0 stars if i could! Horrible service. No kindness or understanding. Very cold. Not helpful at all and left me feeling abandoned after i missed my flight. They treated me like i was a criminal and literally ignored me when i was talking. They also wanted to charge a crazy fee for another ticket. Which i bought from a 3rd party at fraction of the cost! Not happy about that experience at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Aeroméxico in Mexico City was the same as that of many other recent reviews. It used to be an excellent airline but has really gone downhill in the past year. I had all the documents Aeroméxico had told me to bring, but they denied me entry to my flight. I can only speculate as to the true reason why I wasn't allowed on my flight. Instead, they put me on the flight leaving 24 hours later. As a result, I missed the first event of my best friend's wedding. Aeroméxico acted as if this was a favor for me. I filed a complaint with them, but the incompetent representative denied my claim. I went to PROFECO, and they blamed me for Aeroméxico's failure. Classic bureaucracy. This experience would make a hilarious story if it hadn't cost me so much time. I will never, ever fly with Aeroméxico again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Aeromexico employee! She ensures to be rude to the companies customers, ridiculing them and not allowing them on to our flight by lying to us that we needed a PCR test when we had an antigen test.
I reached out to their online customer service and the company offered to refund us in 12 months, but what’s worse is we could’ve made our flight and she wouldn’t let us on when we had necessary documents.
We had layover hotel reservations and lost money on that on top of last minute booking a flight with Copa Airline instead. Don’t use this airline, they represent employees who disrespect customers and cause them pain and stress. Pitiful employee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is the worst airline company I have ever seen. They sell more tickets than their capacity. Their system didnt let me checkin. When I arrived the the airport, they put me on stand by. Later, no information till the boarding. There is no one speaks English. I couldnt get on the plane!
The hotel they sent me is horrible.
I do not recommend them at all!!!
