★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La única que se portó amable conmigo fue la que me cobró en la caja, pero las vendedoras ni siquiera saludaron, no se acercaron a ofrecer ayuda ni a mí ni a otros clientes, de echo tres de ellas estaban juntas platicando mientras una de ellas le ponía pestañas a otra de ellas, las tres tenían gafete, me fui con esa pésima experiencia de servicio, nada que ver con los consejos que recibí de la sucursal de Galerías Mty, allí sí me supieron atender y aconsejar.
 The only one who was kind to me was the one who charged me at the checkout, but the saleswomen did not even say hello, they did not come to offer help to me or to other customers, in fact three of them were talking together while one of them I put tabs on another of them, all three had badges, I left with that terrible service experience, nothing to do with the advice I received from the Mty Galleries branch, they did know how to attend and advise me there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habia mucho descontrol de personas (tiempos de pandemia ) y las asesoras deberián ser menos ansiosas pues parecen que si los clientes fuesemos a robar, me sentí perseguido pero al final la cajera fue muy atenta y respetuosa
There was a lot of lack of control of people (times of pandemic) and the advisers should be less anxious because it seems that if the clients were to steal, I felt persecuted but in the end the cashier was very attentive and respectful

Good attention. The girls approach you to support you in what you are looking for. We bought a purple shampoo but if I put a 6 on that one, I didn't like it. . The brands are super x as well as expensive.
